BASICS: New Castle Detention, Delaware, Co-ed, 64 beds. They have no minimum age and will hold kids up to age 18. They have had 9 year olds come through- they try to get them out within 24 hours.
PICTURED: about three times a year they have to repair the drywall from a youth punching a hole through it in anger.
