BASICS: Caliente Youth Center in Caliente, Nevada has a max. capacity of 140, but they prefer to keep it at 120 -- their current capacity. The juveniles wear different colored bracelets to signify which level they are at: yellow is level one, green is level two, etc. Level one is the highest. The staff is proud about being able to take the kids fishing.
