The Dramatic Life

This June marks the 37th month that Ronald Franklin has spent incarcerated without trial at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. He is 16. The judge wants Ronald prosecuted as an adult for crimes committed at age 13. His lawyers are pushing to have him charged as a juvenile, but the judge is unwilling to budge.
